[Windows 7] Code d'erreur 80072EFE

Bonjour à tous,

J'ai un problème avec Windows Update.
Depuis quelques jours, je n'arrive pas à télécharger les mises à jours windows
Il me dit "Erreurs détectées : Code 80072EFE, Windows Update a rencontré une erreur inconnue"
J'ai fais des recherches sur internet pour trouver des solutions mais je n'en ai pas trouvé.
Du moins, celles que j'ai trouvé s'appliquaient pour Vista.

J'ai essayé cette solution :
Aller dans services.msc, trouver "Services de cryptographie" et l'arrêter
Aller ensuite dans C > Windows > System 32 > Catroot2
Et supprimer ce dossier "Catroot 2" puis redémarrer le "Services de cryptographie".
Je n'ai pas trouvé "Services de cryptographies" donc j'ai abandonné cette solution...

J'ai trouvé une autre solution : c'était d'installer "TrustedInstaller.exe" (que j'ai déjà apparemment)
Je suis allée dans services.msc et j'ai cherché "Programmes d'installation pour les modules Windows"
J'ai vu qu'il n'était pas démarré, alors je me suis dit "peut-être que c'est ça qui bloque tout !"
Donc je l'ai démarré. J'ai recherché des mises à jours et l'erreur 80072EFE était toujours là.

J'ai fais des scans, il y avait deux chevaux de Troie que j'ai supprimé.
J'ai fais un nettoyage avec CCleaner au cas où, toujours rien, l'erreur est là.

Je ne sais plus trop quoi faire à présent...

Salut,

Apparemment ça peux être le malware TDSS qui provoque ça aussi.
Quels étaient les trojans détectés ?

Lorsque tu fais des recherches sur Google, tu attéris bien sur les bon sites ?

Désolée, je ne me souviens plus des trojans
Je crois que ça commençait pas "win" ou quelque chose comme ça

Sur Google, j'ai trouvé plusieurs forums, anglais et français
Essentiellement sur Vista..
Je ne sais pas s'ils étaient bien, mais en tout cas, ils proposaient presque tous la première solution que j'ai évoqué plus haut
(D'ailleurs je n'arrivais pas à aller sur le site de Microsoft pour avoir des informations sur cette erreur, mais depuis le scan je peux y aller)

je voulais savoir si lorsque tu fais une recherche Google et que tu clics sur les résultats de recherche, tu attéris sur les bon sites ou ça va sur n'importe quoi avec des pubs.

Je pense pas que ce soit le cas, sinon tu l'aurais signalé mais bon :)

Des fois ça allait sur d'autres sites donc j'ai fermé la page avant qu'elle ne soit chargée

bheu !! je parle à l'endroit moi, c'est toi qui comprends à l'envers :p

Essaye ça pour voir :

Désactive les logiciels de protection (Antivirus, Antispywares) puis :

Télécharge Combofix sUBs : http://.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe et sauvegarde le sur ton bureau et pas ailleurs!

Double-clic sur combofix, accepte la licence d'utilisation et laisse toi guider.

Eventuellement, installe la console de récupération comme cela est conseillé

Attends que combofix ait terminé, un rapport sera créé. Poste le rapport.
Si le rapport ne e pas, envoie le sur ce site : http://www.cit.fr/
et donne le lien ici :)

PS : si Combofix ne se lance pas, renomme le fichier Combofix et retente.

Si pas mieux, tente en mode sans échec sans prise en charge du réseau : Redémarre en mode sans échec, pour cela, redémarre l'ordinateur, avant le logo Windows, tapote sur la touche F8, un menu va apparaître, choisis Mode sans échec et appuye sur la touche entrée du clavier.

cool encore une victoire de super canard!

Askbar (mm tous les barres d'outils), c'est caca, tu devrais la désinstaller.

Sinon ça semble OK.

Maintiens tes logiciel à jour c'est important, utilise ce programme : /faq/13362-mettre-a-jour-son-pc-contre-les-failles-de-securite
Absolument à faire.

Pour désinstaller Combofix :
- Menu Démarrer / exécuter et tape : Combofix /uninstall puis OK (attention il y a pas d'espace entre le / et le uninstall)

Un peu de lecture pour éviter les infections :
