Bonsoir à tous! Actuellement j'ai beaucoup des pub alors que j'ai installé un module ''adblockplus''. Des fois quand je clique sur une page quelconque, d'autre pages s'ouvre. C'est énervant! Pouvez-vous m'aider? (en général comme pub c'est:''Ads by Browser_Apps_Pro). Pour info je suis sur Mozilla firefox et window 8

Salut,

Tu as installé des adwares et programmes parasites sur ton PC.
Voici la procédure à suivre pour les supprimer :

Commence par ceci :

Suis le tutorial AdwCleaner https://commentcamarche.telechargertorrent.org/adwcleaner-supprimer-virus-adwares-pup/?t=33839&start= AdwCleaner ( d'Xplode )
Télécharge AdwCleaner sur ton bureau.
Lance AdwCleaner, clique sur [Scanner].
Le scan peux durer plusieurs minutes, patienter.
Une fois le scan terminé, clique sur [Nettoyer]

Une fois le nettoyage terminé, un rapport s'ouvrira. Copie/colle le contenu du rapport dans ta prochaine réponse par un copier/coller.
Si cela ne fonctionne pas, utilise le site http://pjt.malekal.com pour héberger le rapport, donne le lien du rapport dans un nouveau message.
Note : Le rapport est également sauvegardé sous C:\AdwCleaner[S1].txt

Suis ce tutorial : https://commentcamarche.telechargertorrent.org/tutoriel-farbar-recovery-scan-tool-frst/
Cela va générer deux rapports FRST.
Envoie comme expliqué, ces deux rapports sur le site http://pjt.malekal.com et donne les trois liens pjt de ces rapports afin qu'ils puissent être consultés.

Je comprends pas car quand le nettoyage ce fini il n'y a pas de rapport, l'ordi redémarre. Peut tu me préciser?

Tu es censé avoir un rapport au redémarrage
sinon comme indisque dans la note : Mon Ordinateur => Disque C => Tu dois y avoir le rapport S[X] d'AdwCleaner.

Bon j'ai télécharger le First correspondant que j'ai mis sur mon bureau mais le problème c'est que window ne veut pas l'ouvrir.

C'est SmartScreen qui a empecher de l'ouvrir... Que puis je faire?

Tu forces l'ouverture, paramètres supplémentaires et ouvrir.

ok c'est un rapport de recherche, si tu es certains de bien avoir fait nettoyer et que l'ordinateur a redémarré, e à la seconde partie, à savoir l'analyse FRST.

Voici la correction à effectuer avec FRST.

Ouvre le bloc-notes : Touche Windows + R, dans le champs executer, tape notepad et OK.
Copie/colle dedans ce qui suit :

Une fois, le texte coller dans le bloc-note.
Menu Fichier puis Enregistrer sous.
A gauche, place toi sur le bureau.
Dans le champs en bas, nom du fichier mets : fixlist.txt
Clic sur Enregistrer - cela va créer un fichier fixlist.txt sur le bureau.

Relance FRST et clic sur le bouton Fix
Selon comment un redémarrage est nécessaire (pas obligatoire).
Un fichier texte apparaît, copie/colle le contenu ici dans un nouveau message.

Redémarre l'ordinateur

J'utilise que Mozilla firefox et pour l'instant je n'ai aucunes pubs intempestives.

Pour info j'ai commencé a avoir des pubs intempestives quand j'ai téléchargé utorrent pour télécharger des films. Maintenant je l'ai désinstallé.

C'est pas le prog en lui même le prob, c'est le site de téléchargement où tu l'as pris.

Installe Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware : https://commentcamarche.telechargertorrent.org/tutoriel-malwarebyte-anti-malware/
Fais des scans réguliers avec, il est efficace.
